Our Pest Now technician is excellent. He comes quarterly but knows exactly where the issues are and what is needed. Very thorough. Most pleased with the quality of service.

Daniel was very attentive to my concerns and made quick work of spraying areas I pointed out. He was very polite and respectful of my home.

I had an emergency issue today that Winston would not stop troubleshooting until it was fixed. I'm not usually easily impressed or shocked at levels of customer service but I definitely am. I will definitely call for my pest needs in the future, although I'm praying I won't have to.

Posting a review to give compliments to JC Rosa and his team. JC removed the existing attic insulation and installed new TAP insulation. JC was extremely thorough in his removal of existing materials, and he took before and after photos of my attic space to show the full removal of all soiled and original insulation.

The inspector and the technician were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my rodent problem and I must say that it is affordable. Thank you Pestnow!!

We signed up for the quarterly plan when we moved in and it's some of the best money I spend. They are always reminding me when it's time for my quarterly services, which is awesome because most companies won't, they'll just take your money. Also, because I'm signed up for this plan, they come out for any other reason within 24 hours of my calling, free of charge. I can't say enough good things about how great this is.

A terrible tenant left us with a mouse problem we couldn't resolve with other pest companies. After a recommendation to try Pest Now, Bobby and his team got the problem under control within a year and we've been mice free for a year now. If mitigation was not done to my standard, Bobby and his team made it right.
