Good job by Cael and Coleman, our PestNow service technicians. They followed our request to service all areas of the house we needed. No argument or hesitation on his part. Friendly, polite, and professional man. The staff on the phone and technicians on-site are always accommodating. Always great customer service by Pest Control staff.

They did an excellent job at our home! As usual. I just looked at my checkbook and don't see the amount due for service that day. I paid my daughter's bill from the week before, but thought I had paid ours. So sorry about this! Never happened in all of the years we have been using Pest Now!

I thought there were fruit flies in the kitchen, but the season was not right. Pest Now's Jean B identified them as a drain fly. He sprayed directly into the sink drain, and we waited an hour; problem solved. We are on a quarterly program at $102.

Almost 2 hours after my initial review, one of their lovely managers, Derrick, reached out to me and wanted to earn my business back. Derrick explained the products that would be used and the process. He sent out one of his best technicians to treat my home thoroughly today in hopes that this will remediate any activity I have been seeing. It is hard to find businesses in this day and age that appreciate customers to make them feel heard and understand their concerns. Derrick also told me to wait 10 days and let him know directly if my concerns were resolved. So far, I appreciate the professionalism of everyone who has helped with my issue.

PestNow has taken care of my "bug wars" for several years. For a nominal fee, PestNow treats the outside of my home every three months and would treat the inside as well if I left the house for a few hours after treatment. The pest professionals I've met have always been pleasant and thorough. They also offer termite warranties if you are considering a refinance. I recommend PestNow!

Posting a review to give compliments to JC Rosa and his team. JC removed the existing attic insulation and installed new TAP insulation. JC was extremely thorough in his removal of existing materials, and he took before and after photos of my attic space to show the full removal of all soiled and original insulation.

Having been using Pest Now for almost 20 years they are very responsive to all pest needs. Technician Donovan does a fabulous job with every quarterly treatment and is always willing to follow up on every issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with PestNow to address a wasp issue at my home. Antonio and Jason, the technicians who came over, were the epitome of professionalism and service with a smile. The wasps had made their home in a crack between the cornice and the roof, and Antonio and Jason handled the situation with great care and expertise.

If you continue to have any problems within a quarterly service period, they will come back at no additional charge.

Also, because I'm signed up for this plan, they come out for any other reason within 24 hours of my calling, free of charge. I can't say enough good things about how great this is.

The technician came at the early end of the timeframe which was great. He asked me about any specifics and was amenable to any questions I had. We discovered a large garden spider in my garden and decided to leave it there - it appeared to be more beneficial than harmful!

They show up on time and the servicemen are always courteous and respectful of my home. But when they increased their charge, they did not give me a heads up which I would have appreciated.

A terrible tenant left us with a mouse problem we couldn't resolve with other pest companies. After a recommendation to try Pest Now, Bobby and his team got the problem under control within a year and we've been mice free for a year now. If mitigation was not done to my standard, Bobby and his team made it right.

I had an emergency issue today that Winston would not stop troubleshooting until it was fixed. I'm not usually easily impressed or shocked at levels of customer service but I definitely am. I will definitely call for my pest needs in the future, although I'm praying I won't have to.

This happened in July this year (2025). We had a huge yellow jacket nest on our wi-fi disk right next to our fence. The yellow jackets were everywhere. The Pest Now guy came and completely removed the nest. The yellow jackets never came back! He was polite, super efficient, and got it done! A+ rating.

Always have great service from Pest Now. They come out quickly when there is a problem or concern. They take their time to answer any questions. We have been using Pest Now since 2019. We use them for our annual termite inspection and for quarterly pest control. If there's a concern in between, they are very quick to respond.
