Bed Bugs
Just the mention of them sends shivers up your spine. These blood sucking devils have made a resurgent come back. They're not only plaguing hotels now, but bed bugs have found their way into our homes. This is one of the most difficult insects to eliminate and one that you can't live with. These cryptic bloodsuckers live in the folds and creases of your bed out of sight and emerge at night while you and your family are sleeping to feed on your blood! Because their saliva has a numbing agent in it you don't feel the penetration as the insect feeds on you.

Great and necessary for the environment BUT AT A DISTANCE PLEASE! Bees and wasps sting and for some people that's life threatening! The bees and wasps that you should be concerned with are those nesting in or on your structure, which is the threat. Crickets
Are they a problem? That depends on how you feel about them. Most people are unaware that there are two types of crickets in our area. Roaches
Roaches are not easy; don't buy into any slick salesman's pitch. Roaches, no matter what kind, German, Oriental, American or Martian, whatever, roaches are not easy. Proper control or elimination of roach infestations has to be a partnership with the client and the technician treating the home. Also, there is no "magic wand" or miracle product, it is a series of treatments designed to reduce the population until the problem is either under control or solved.

Spiders
Who doesn't like the story of Charlotte's Web? Charlotte, the main character was a barn spider that captured the friendship and attention of a pig named Wilbur. Great reading and good for kids of all ages, however, I am not sure I would want to live with Charlotte in my house. Spiders are beneficial as they are nature's pest control operators, they eat other insects. Most spiders are not dangerous, however, the truth is they give a lot of people the creeps and there are some nasty ones out there that can create a nasty wound if you or one of your family are bitten.

A lot is written about ant identification but in most cases the customers tell me "I don't care what species of ant it is or what you call them, I just want them GONE!" The good news is that advancements in products and technology have made ant treatments easier, more efficient and safer.
We will need some basic information to help us solve this problem such as what color the ants are, where they're located, how big they are and if you've ever had this problem before and we'll figure out the rest. The first step in getting rid of them is to call or e-mail us; we'll take it from there.
Bats outside good. bats inside, not good! Bats are beneficial creatures controlling nuisance and dangerous pests such as mosquitoes and other insects but inside a dwelling they are dangerous. In our area we have two types of bats that enter structure: the Big Brown Bat and the Small Brown Bat (that is their actual names), simple enough, right? Both have a habit of entering structures and setting up house in numbers. The two most prevalent dangers are their droppings they leave in the nest sites (guano) and rabies, both can produce fatal results.
If you have experienced a bat in the house first call your county health department and ask for instructions, second call our Call Center so that we can dispatch a trained inspector out to investigate the attic and the structure to determine how extensive extent the problem may be. Remember, inspections are free and you are better safe than sorry.

Because their saliva has a numbing agent in it you don't feel the penetration as the insect feeds on you.
In the morning, however, the skin reacts to the unsanitary saliva and becomes infected causing red bumps that itch and swell slightly. You can't live with bedbugs and the longer you wait; the harder it is to eliminate the problem. Like roaches, the success of the treatment depends on the partnership between the treatment company and the clients, both need to work together to solve this difficult problem. Don't be sold on "easy fixes", bed bug elimination takes effort and compliance. Call today to speak with a trained inspector to determine the next course of action.

Bees and wasps also have a nasty habit of swarming to protect them; this can be a life-threatening thing even if you are not allergic to them. If you have bees / wasps nesting in or on your structure call us, we'll figure out what type you're dealing with and tell you how the problem can be solved. Don't risk injury or worse, it's not worth it.

Rats and mice destroy approximately ten times more food through urination and defecation then they actually eat.
